We went there for Valentine's. The food was good. We really enjoyed the bar afterwards.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Food is excellent and there was even a dog bowl with a treat in the room!

For a wedding location is super beautifull!! I deliver a cake here and all employees where very kind. Beautifull in midle of the Harz Forest.

Very nice hotel for relaxing holidays in the Harz area. Very friendly staff and a very good restaurant with great food also. This Hotel is also highly recommended for wedding celebrations and other private or Business Events!

This is a great Hotel with 5* Service, in the middle of nowhere. Dinner and breakfast is great quality. If you want to chill, you need to go to the QBar, the service and the drinks are awesome. The bar tender makes a short holiday for you, thanks a lot for this two days. There is only one mall thing, that I would see as an optimization potential: the TV in the rooms is quite small, I would guess 21".

An absolutely beautiful dining area. The service was perfect, we followed our servers recommendations and all the meals were all excellent. She even recommended various combinations of appetizers and soups for our party members with lighter appetites. Food, service, and ambience were beyond reproach. Highly recommended.
